Guidelines for Speaker Presentation:

Each Plenary speaker will have 40 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 37-38 minutes to allow for introduction and Q&A session at the end of your talk.
Each Keynote speaker will have 35 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 30-32 minutes to allow for introduction and Q&A session at the end of your talk.
Each Invited speaker will have 20 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 17-18 minutes to allow for introduction and Q&A session at the end of your talk.
In order to stay in track of time, please ensure that you start and end your presentation on the times indicated in the program.
The working language of the webinar is English.
If you are a presenter, be ready with your presentation slides open in your device when the meeting starts. Please share that document while sharing your screen.


Guidelines for E-poster Presentation:

  • E- Poster must be in one-page PowerPoint or Word document.
  • Save your document into PDF in portrait layout.
  • File size must not exceed 5MB.
  • All E- Posters should be prepared in English language.
  • Images, Graphs and Tables can be included in the E- Poster.
  • Ensure that E- Poster must be visible clearly to the audience.

 


Webinar Guidelines:

  • The webinar will take place at 07:00 - 12:00 GMT. Please make the proper time zone conversion to verify the exact time of the webinar.
  • Attendee must have a Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone to participate in the online event.
  • A good internet connection is must to avoid technical errors.
  • After your registration, you will receive a meeting invite with personalized user ID for webinar access. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
  • Please join the webinar 15 minutes early to minimize last minute issues.
  • Kindly check the audio settings of your computer and the application settings in advance.
  • Sit in a quiet location where you will have good network access with no disturbance.
  • When the webinar begins, you will be connected to audio using your computer's microphone and speakers (VoIP). A headset is recommended.
